Established in 1990, Zhengzhou Shixing Special Refractory Co., Ltd. is located in Jiulong Industrial Park, Goutang, Xinmi, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, which is the center of China. The factory is closed to Lianhuo Expressway and Jingzhu Expressway, and it is the junction of Jingguang and Longhai Railway lines. There is only 30km from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport and Zhengzhou High Speed Railway Station. Since the foundation of the company, the special equipment and advanced oxidizing technology has been adopted on producing high quality fused cast AZS blocks used in glass furnaces. Through the development of more than 20 years, “JIULONG” has become a famous brand in glass industry. There are four production zones totally to provide the package solution for glass furnaces. Over the fused cast production zone, 3 high performance electric arc furnaces are specially established to produce series of shaped blocks AZS-33#, AZS-36# and AZS-41# with annual production capacity 20,000 tons/year.
The production area is divided into three zones: there is one set of high-temperature tunnel kiln in the general sintered materials production zone, mainly producing high alumina bricks and low porosity clay bricks. New materials production zone is equipped with two high-temperature shuttle kilns, mainly producing zirconia-mullite bricks, zircon bricks, corundum-mullite bricks and chrome zirconia mullite bricks. Unshaped materials production zone is mainly producing AZS, ZS ramming materials, hot repair materials and the matched fireclay, hot repair, transition materials. Our products are widely used for glass industry, glass fiber, electronics, porcelain, ceramics, chemicals etc.
