Michael Duncan is no longer president of Luigi Bormioli Corporation and has been succeeded by Giuseppantonio following Bormioli Rocco acquisition.
Luigi Bormioli Corporation’s Michael Duncan is no longer president of the company, according to company officials.
Duncan was appointed president in 2013. His responsibilities have been assumed by Vincenzo Di Giuseppantonio, the current CEO of Bormioli Luigi Italy.
The move comes after the completed acquisition of the Bormioli Rocco glassware brand by Bormioli Luigi S.p.A. on 15 December. Both Bormioli Rocco and Luigi Bormioli operations will continue to be run separately under this common ownership, company officials said.
